CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy To respect the time of our team and other clients, we kindly ask that all appointment changes be made with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment, or failure to appear for a scheduled appointment, will result in a charge of 30% of the reserved service total. This fee will be applied to the card on file. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you.
